SocketLabs Adds FanFinders To Its Growing List Of Global Clients

High-touch email delivery service replaces Oracle Dyn and drives international growth for UK’s top permission-based marketer to new parents

ASTON, PA — January 13, 2019 — SocketLabs, a US-based leading provider of cloud-based email delivery services, announced today that it has fully onboarded FanFinders to its rapidly expanding global client portfolio. FanFinders, which supplies consent-driven first-party data related to the UK and US baby market to companies like Amazon, Nestlé and Danone, joins prominent companies including Virgin, IBM, Dell and Aston Martin who rely on SocketLabs’ unique combination of software and personalized managed services to send high-volume emails with optimal deliverability and audience engagement.

The new client win coincides with an exciting transformational period at SocketLabs, which includes the recent announcement of a newly formed SAP® PartnerEdge® partnership, the naming of Keith Hontz as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, and a customer experience event the company recently hosted in London.

“FanFinders is rapidly scaling their email volumes as they grow their communities of over four million members in both the UK and US markets,” explained Keith Hontz, CEO of SocketLabs. “We’re thrilled to help them transition from Oracle Dyn to SocketLabs where they can benefit from our high-touch consulting and deliverability services.”

Serving leading digital businesses is a priority for SocketLabs as we enter the new decade.
Mr. Hontz continued: “Securing a long-term relationship with an experienced and demanding international marketer like FanFinders is a testament to the rigor of our technology and the quality or our services team.”

“We are very satisfied with our decision to switch to SocketLabs, which best accommodates our needs,” FanFinders’ CEO Alec Dobbie explained, echoing Hontz’s enthusiasm for the partnership. “We have upgraded our experience from our previous provider. With help from SocketLabs’ deliverability consulting team, we were able to seamlessly transition tens of millions of messages to their platform in a matter of weeks. I find with many providers you just become a number in a big system, but with them, I’ve got the name of a person I can ring up if I’ve got a problem. And that makes a world of difference,” Mr. Dobbie added.
As Oracle Dyn reaches end of life in May 2020, SocketLabs expects many similar transitions.
