This is the biggest thing in email performance analysis since…well, ever. Using SocketLabs Spotlight, you can harness the power of machine learning, first- and third-party data, proprietary reputation scoring, and the data warehousing capabilities of Snowflake® without needing to migrate ESPs. There is SO much to show and tell you about Spotlight, so go ahead and click the button below to get the full run-down.
With SocketLabs Spotlight’s newest feature set, our proprietary machine learning provides not only big-picture views for immediate visibility into problematic senders, but it also gives you already-calculated analysis on opportunities lost due to the nature of the sender’s problem in less than five clicks.
When you have dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of individual senders, it can be incredibly difficult to parse out performance metrics. Instead of spending hours manually finding the right data for your needs, you can now use SuperTags to intelligently filter messages to your exact needs. This feature is perfect for SocketLabs Spotlight users currently using their existing email data from SendGrid and Mailgun, or those with complex, multi-sender environments where filtering by sender is highly important.
Want more control over how you’re able to filter and analyze your email performance? Using tags and metadata, you now can slice and dice your performance data to give you clearer insights about what’s working and what’s not based on what is important your exact use case.
In response to major mailbox providers transitioning to domain-based reputation decision-making, we’ve developed a more sophisticated way to queue messages for delivery to ensure senders experiencing temporary delivery delays will not create an email traffic jam for other senders. Now, instead of other senders needing to wait in the queue until the sender in front of them successfully delivers all their mail, our Hurricane MTA creates a separate queue for emails sent from a specific From Address domain when a particular error message is encountered.
